This program provides a safe, nurturing space for the children of sex workers in Chinchiná, Colombia. Operating from Friday noon to Monday noon, the center offers shelter, food, recreational play, and transportation for medical care when needed. It’s the only facility catering specifically to this vulnerable population, and your involvement directly impacts the well-being and safety of up to 50 children, ages 0-12.

Our mission is to protect these children from malnutrition, neglect, and abuse, offering them a safe environment where they can feel loved and secure. By supporting this program, you’re helping to improve their immediate quality of life and preventing exposure to harmful situations such as violence, substance abuse, and neglect. Long-term, we aim to reduce the risk of these children entering the sex trade or other dangerous paths.

In addition to your work at the childcare center, there are opportunities to volunteer at local public and private schools, or create a customized program based on your availability and interests. How involved would you like to be?
