Land with us first! Participate at a public or private school as a volunteer teacher's assistant or co-teacher for a few days/weeks while we help to find you a paid position. Time wisely invested! Practice your Spanish, experience the Colombian educational system, & gain in-country job references! You'll also be enjoying our beautiful coffee region in central Colombia. Make yourself immediately available in-country while limiting your costs. You may participate in our community's first bilingual school, Colegio Menfis!

If you choose to utilize the Onboarding Option, you will experience our beautiful Coffee Region, a paradise like no other. You'll love spending time in our gorgeous rural landscape, practice your teaching skills serving coffee farm worker families, and also have the opportunity to visit nearby Manizales and Pereira. Reach out to our advisors to create a strategic plan where you may also integrate volunteering opportunities with local nonprofits working with children, youth, elderly, environment, animals, and even the fire department as part of the emergency medical response team. Get ready for a true service learning adventure!
While you enjoy yourself, we will be lining up job interviews! Then, when you secure long-term employment, you will move to your final destination to commence your teaching contract which may last up to one year. After the year, we can then help you either to renew your contract at that same location or help you find another destination.
