MingaTeachers

MingaTeachers

MingaTeachers was founded in 2017, first as a program, then in 2024 as a subsidiary private company under Minga House Foundation.  The formation of the independent organization is a testament to the sustained growth we have achieved both nationally and internationally.  MingaTeaches has the mission to empower teachers with opportunities to grow professionally, immerse themselves in cultural exchanges, and make a lasting difference in the communities they serve.  Whether you’re a teacher looking to share your expertise abroad or one ready to shape the future of education, MingaTeachers has a pathway for you.  We want to be part of your career path, helping you find the ideal role at every stage of your career.  MingaTeachers is currently expanding into Costa Rica and plans to continue expanding into other countries in 2026.
