We love it when international families visit our Colegio Menfis school community. Your family may visit for short- or long-term stays, and your children may enroll part-time or full-time. Our primary objective is to provide our local students with the opportunity to engage with your children in a safe, learning, and fun project-based environment. Helping our local youth engage with international visitors makes learning English relevant to their daily lives, making becoming bilingual a short-term objective. This, in turn, allows them to broaden their global-citizen perspective and encourages them to dream even bigger! In turn, your children will feel they have made an impact and will experience a genuine day in the life as students in a Colombian school. Your family will feel at home, have an enriching cultural experience, and advance your goals of learning and improving the Spanish language for yourself and your children. Montessori Option - We also have a partnership with Montessori preschool for ages 2-4 which would love to have your children enroll while you visit us!
Chinchina is located between the neighboring state capital cities of Manizales & Pereira. Chinchina has a population of approximately 60,000 and 21 surrounding villages within its municipality. Manizales has a population of approximately 500,000, and Pereira has over 1 million. While you spend time in Chinchina, you can find plenty of entertainment and experiences in the region on the weekends.
